FCA Test Case for Business Interruption Insurance

Business Interruption Insurance

The High Court test case and subsequent appeal involving the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and various insurers all concluded in November.

The FCA have announced on 15th December that they do not expect the outcome of the appeal to be released until January 2021.
